GNED - 3151 Ethics, Racism & Gender Inequality in STEM I
Description
Weekly seminar series exploring diversity in relation to STEM. Outside speakers and GNED 3212 student-directed presentations and discussion will uncover the ways in which people have been excluded from STEM, STEM may have created ways to exclude, and ways in which STEM is combatting exclusion. Weekly preparation and journaling is required to listen, discuss, and share understandings and solutions. Pass/Fail class.
